My son was seen here back in may the beginning. He was set to have a procedure done office said the other office they work hand and hand with would call different staff but the doctor would be the one working on my child. I waited almost two months for a call. Got one and the appt was booked out a week in advance. Waited again for someone called me to give me details about my appt and two days before a weekend and techically 3 business days before the appt they called and asked me questions and then asked me to get a clearance in less than 24 hours. I get the clearance mind you no form given and they didn’t like the information that was given called me 3 minutes before my appt the day off to tell me it had to be canceled and they we’re trying to call but couldn’t get a hold of the doctors office. Told me I could wait until they got it or rescheduled so I said I would They said they give me a call back and I haven’t heard a thing and now it’s August…. I’ve tried to call email And nobody has reached back out and I’m highly disappointed this used to be my recommended dentist office and I don’t know about that anymore.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Doyle! She was absolutely amazing with my son during his dental treatment. He needed crowns and a filling, and he was very nervous and crying throughout the procedure. Dr. Doyle was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring every step of the way. She talked him through everything she was doing, which helped calm his fears and made such a big difference. By the end of the procedure, he was much more relaxed, and I truly believe that’s because of the compassion and care she showed him. It’s not easy to keep a scared child comfortable during dental work, but Dr. Doyle handled it with so much patience and professionalism I’m so grateful for the wonderful care she gave my son. I highly recommend Dr. Doyle to any parent looking for a caring, gentle, and skilled pediatric dentist. Thank you, Dr. Doyle, for making what could have been a very stressful experience so much better for both of us!

If you value autonomy this isn’t the office for you. We are a fluoride free household. We use Nano Hydroxyapatite which is just as effective but not toxic like fluoride can be. We were dismissed as patients because we refused their fluoride treatment. Also, I’m a hygienist so I’m educated on the subject, my kids didn’t even have cavities for them to say I’m being negligent etc. We didn’t refuse X-rays (which I agree is grounds for dismissal). Fluoride is different, it’s preventative so therefore should be up to the patient whether we want more exposure to it or not. Patients should have a choice. This office is not for that.

From the moment I walked into this pediatric dental office, I knew it was something special. Huda at the front desk greeted me with such warmth and kindness she truly made me feel like family. You can tell she genuinely cares about the patients and creates such a welcoming atmosphere right away. First impressions mean everything, and because of her, I instantly felt comfortable and confident in this office. Jen, the biller, was also amazing. She was patient, clear, and very helpful when explaining everything. She made the financial side of things stress-free, which is such a relief as a parent. Dr. Doyle was fantastic professional, gentle, and great with kids. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does and truly prioritizes patient comfort and care. Dave was also wonderful friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. This team works so well together, and it really shows. I’m so grateful we found this office and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a caring, professional pediatric dental team!

Started off with a great phone call — the girl I spoke with promised she would get my son an appointment sooner, and she actually followed through and called me right away to get us in. I asked for her name and she said it was Hoda. When I came in for our appointment, the office was super clean and smelled great. I was greeted by that same girl, and she was so sweet and welcoming. She made everything so quick and easy for me and took the time to show me step by step how to do everything online, which made the whole process stress-free and helped the visit go by faster. From all the times I’ve been there, no one has ever been this welcoming. Once we got to the back, Dr. Dave was amazing with my kids, and the assistants were very sweet as well. My kids love it here, and I also love how they give the kids toys in their little goodie bags. Highly recommend!
